Shipping Conditions

Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post.

The shipment will be made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. In the event it is impossible to make the delivery due to an incorrect address, no reshipment will be made and the customer will be refunded within 10 days of receipt at norditude.

The delivery charges applicable to the order are those mentioned on the site at the time of the order.

Economy Post: Free of Charge

Priority Post: CHF 5,-

Europe (zone 1)

Cost: CHF 9,50

Rest of the World (zones 2 to 6)

Cost: CHF 17,-

Duties and taxes

Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. The recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied in the recipient country.
